Matron of Honor
Serena and Danielle met in Kindergarten. Neither can remember how they became friends or a time before they were friends. They grew up—and glowed up through those awkward years—together.
Best Man
When Joe was pledging Delta Sig, Ely (a senior) would give Joe beer and Joe would immediately throw up. Joe eventually learned how to hold his booze and Ely eventually started liking him.
Bridesmaid
When Danielle made Varsity cheerleading, the mom's agreed that Lillah would drive Danielle to summer practices. Sometimes, moms do know best because Danielle wouldn't have made it through high school (or beyond) without Lillah!
Groomsman
Trent showed up for a Delta Sig Rush Event in 2011 and he never left, often sleeping on Joe’s couch. Though apparently they haven't taken a picture together since 2014, they’ve been good friends since.
Bridesmaid
The first thing that Danielle ever heard about Lauren was "I know someone you'd really get along with". Turns out, they were right... Lauren and Danielle hit Broadway and never looked back!
Groomsman
Richard has always been the guy to lend Joe a hand, give Joe a place to stay when visiting Nashville, and drive Joe to Hangout Fest when no one else wanted to deal with that.
Bridesmaid
Paired in the same group for their AOII interview presentations, neither one thought the other knew what they were talking about. Since they both got the job, they had to spend time together and realized they were so wrong!
Groomsman
Joe knew pretty quickly that he wanted to be friends with Travis because Travis can be relied on for two important things: he can pick up heavy things and he’s always ready to drink.
Bridesmaid
Mary Kate tells the story best but... Danielle and Mary Kate were roommates during that infamous AOII interview weekend. Mary Kate landed early and was preparing for the day when Danielle burst through the door running late and swearing… the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
Groomsman
One of Joe's first friends in Charleston, Cody and Joe originally bonded over sports and work. Now, Joe talks to Cody more on College Football Saturdays than he does to Danielle all week.
