We are hosting a casual welcome party conveniently located right between both hotels! Stop by and enjoy some light bites and drinks and mingle with other guests. There will be a tab on us but not an open bar. Children are not allowed on site.

Shuttle Pick-up at Renaissance Hotel

Shuttles will pick up at 3PM at the Renaissance Walnut Creek, and drop off at the venue at 3:30 PM before the ceremony. Please be at the lobby around then to ensure you don't miss it! For your return trip, we will have two waves of shuttles leaving from the venue, one at 9:00PM and one at 10:30PM.
