Fraser River

Check out the Fraser River Trail for walking/hiking directly behind the Headwaters Center. Great fly fishing as well.

Rocky Mountain National Park Grand Lake Entrance

Check out RMNP and Grand Lake. The park entrance is approximately a 45-minute drive from Fraser/Winter Park. Drive up to the above 12,000 feet for spectacular views, hiking, and fly fishing. Give yourself at least 4 hours to explore the park.

Great spot for cajun/steaks/seafood/drinks on a patio.

Winter Park Alpine Slide

Head up to Winter Park ski resort and try Colorado's longest alpine slide, mini golf, mountain biking, and food and drinks. Ride the lift up and slide down.

Randi's Grill & Pub

Irish pub with stellar food. Try the Reuben or the bangers and mash. Its so good!

West Saint Louis Creek Trail

Awesome hiking/biking with great fly fishing for brook trout. Watch for moose and the views of Beyers Peak. The trailhead is ~15 minutes from the wedding venue.

Grand Lake

Grand Lake is about ~30 minutes from Fraser/WP and is a great spot to go for lunch. You will go past Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain Reservoir, and Grand Lake. You can rent a boat and cruise Shadow Mountain and Grand Lake. In the town of Grand Lake you will find great local shopping, delicious restaurants, and good views/hiking.

One Love Rum Kitchen

Our favorite place to eat in Grand County. Darcy's favorite is the blackened mahi mahi sandwich with curry fries. Jerk chicken sandwiches, Caribbean ramen, and painkillers are also some family favorites. Kris will advise caution with the octopus ceviche.

Debbie's Drive In

Great and cheap spot for burgers, chicken sandwiches, shakes, and fries. Right on the way to Grand Lake, and support a local spot!
