Question

Do I need to wear a mask?

Answer

Yes, masks are currently required in Colorado and are mandatory for us to have our Wedding so please wear a mask. We will also have masks available at the Ceremony.

Is the Wedding Outdoors or Indoors?

Answer

We will be both indoors and outdoors for the event, Ceremony will be indoors inside the Barn with the barn doors open. The cocktail reception after the Ceremony will be on the deck outside of the Barn (weather permitting) if weather is not ideal we will be in the Loft above the Barn for the cocktail reception. For Dinner and the Reception we will be in the Barn indoors. Please make sure to bring a sweater and/or jacket as it can still get pretty chilly in May in the Mountains!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are kindly asking that you do not bring your kids with you to the Wedding. Please arrange for someone to watch them for you for the evening. Other than the kids included in the Wedding Party.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please wear your best cocktail attire. Dresses, suits, fancy jumpsuits!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot with self parking available at the venue you can also leave your car overnight.

Is there Lyft or Uber available in Winter Park?

Answer

No, however there is a local taxi service and some shuttles at certain times of the day.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, there are many options for lodging in WP and Fraser. The Zephyr lodge near the ski resort has many condo options available (a little bit of a drive to the venue though). There is a Best Western motel and the Trailhead Inn is another great place to stay. We recommend checking out Airbnb or VRBO for short term rental properties as it is a ski resort town there are plenty of options available there.
