Get your passports ready—we can't wait to say "I Do" in front of you!

Daniella & Alejandro both decided to further their studies in Australia. Alejandro packed his bags all the way from Chile in January 2014, while Daniella was getting ready to leave NJ once the 2014 Super Bowl was played.

Alejandro & Daniella packed their suitcase and left all their loved ones behind which would end up being one of the biggest adventures of both their lives. When arriving at the Australian National University (ANU) there were many events for the postgraduate community. One of them was the Morning Tea at the Vivaldi Cafe. Alejandro arrived late and ended up sitting next Daniella since it was the only seat left at the event. The moment they started talking Daniella knew they would become the best of friends. Why you may ask? Simple in the back of her mind she can hear her mother saying make sure you find some Spanish speaking friends so you don't forget your Spanish. Not too long after Alejandro stole a kiss from Daniella and that was the moment were friendship became a partnership. For the next 2.5 years Daniella and Alejandro did everything together. They traveled throughout most of Asia, met each others parents and graduated from ANU. In 2016 they made a big decision to try to do long distance.

Alejandro & Daniella did long distance for 5 years. Each taking turns throughout the year to visit each other and even snuck in some fun vacations to Peru, India, Mexico & Canada. Long distance was very difficult but both made sure to give it 110% to make it work. Love did prevail the two love birds got engaged in June of 2019 and had hoped to have a wedding in the fall of 2020. Unfortunately Covid-19 put a hold to both the wedding plans and their big move to Australia.

At the end of September these two caterpillars were finally reunited and started their lives together down under. After what will be 10 years of friendship, romance and partnership we will finally hear some wedding bells in February 2024!
