The Wedding Website of Dan Faas and Cait Griffith
NYC has nothing but options when it comes to places to stay, things to see, and ways to get around. Below, we've identified some hotel options that we think are the most convenient for folks who want to be as close to "Wedding Central" as possible. But by all means, find a cool Airbnb, stay with hip NYC friends, or find whatever option works best for you! If we can help with recommendations of additional places to stay or ways to get around, we're more than happy to do so!

Flight

LGA

NYC has tons of airports, but Laguardia is definitely the easiest for domestic flights and is only a short car ride from wedding central in Brooklyn. And if you haven't flown into LGA in a while, it really has improved!

Hotel

EVEN Hotel Brooklyn, an IHG Hotel

46 Nevins Street
Downtown Brooklyn, NY 11217

EVEN is just a five minute walk from the wedding venue! At the link above, you can find some slightly discounted rates. (EVEN is in the IHG hotel group)

Hotel

Holiday Inn Brooklyn Downtown, an IHG Hotel

300 Schermerhorn Street
Boerum Hill, NY 11217

For fans of Chingy who prefer to be "chillin at the Holiday Innnnn," this is a great option! It's also five minutes away from the venue and right in the middle of Wedding Central! Use the link above for slightly discounted rates.

Hotel

Aloft New York Brooklyn

216 Duffield Street
Downtown Brooklyn, NY 11201

For all you Marriot rewards members, this is the spot for you! The Aloft is about 10 minutes away from Deity, but still very close to the action and nestled squarely in the heart of "Downtown Brooklyn." Use the link above for slightly discounted rates.

Train

LIRR/The MTA Subway

The LIRR is good option for those traveling from Long Island. The Atlantic Terminal station is about a 10 minute walk from Deity. For those coming from Brooklyn or Manhattan, Atlantic Terminal is connected to the New York City Subway's Atlantic Avenue–Barclays Center complex, which is served by the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, R and W trains. Dan & Cait also made consistent use of the Google Maps app for getting around NYC's public transportation -- it's pretty good about finding the best way around the city, taking note of any track closures or delays.
