Salt Lake City International Airport

The biggest airport is the Salt Lake City International Airport. From there, the Sundance Mountain Resort is about an hour drive. We recommend grabbing an Uber or Lyft or renting a car!

Provo Airport

Salt Lake City Airport is the biggest, but the Provo Airport is the closest! From here, you can take a 30 minute car ride to Sundance.

Lyft and Uber are great from the airports, but can be a little less predictable from the venue. You can pre-reserve a car ahead of time from Wayne at Park City Taxi!

The Wedding Location

Sundance is a beautiful mountain town in Northern Utah about 60 miles from Salt Lake City. Once you get to the resort, you will likely stay there for the whole weekend! The town is about 20 minutes away from the venue so we recommend everyone stay on the property. You will enjoy beautiful mountain views, delicious dining, and for our drinking crowd, the Owl Bar is fabulous for a cocktail! We have a room block with discounted rates at Sundance! All rooms have a luxury cabin feel and are within walking distance to all wedding activities. There are standard studio rooms and suites in our block. Click the link and our discount code will automatically be applied! If you do not see rooms available, please call Sundance to request a room. They do exist! :) In addition to the rooms in our room block, there are other types of rooms that accommodate more people and mountain homes available with multiple bedrooms! You can find these on Sundance's website under "lodging". If you are interested in getting a different type of room or a house with your family or friends, you can call Sundance and add it to our room block for our discounted rate. This is perfect for your cabin wedding weekend! Mountain houses utilize a free shuttle service to all wedding activities.

Alternative Hotel Options

Maybe the resort is not for you and we completely understand that! We would love to celebrate with you no matter where you stay. The closest hotels are about 20 minutes away. When finding an alternative place to stay, we suggest searching in Provo or Orem. Airbnb or VRBO might be a good option as well. You will need a vehicle to get to and from the resort, but parking is free once you get to Sundance! Parking will be on the upper levels and a free shuttle comes frequently to transport guests down to the base where you can join the PARTAAAY!
