We both like to tell the story. One of us tells it a little differently than the other. To one of us, it's a story of being stalked by that cute girl at the interview. To the other, the correct version of the story is told. The story of a girl sitting on a couch next to a handsome guy in the Wyatt Center at Vanderbilt. Both of them with interviews that were running late, both of them trying to think of the first thing to say to the other. She starts...or, maybe he does? Regardless, Michigan football is discussed. She proudly honors her SEC allegiance, and he tells her that everyone has flaws. She laughs. Conversation continues this way for almost an hour. Her - totally unaware of time as she sits across from this mystery guy from Michigan. Him - trying to convince himself that asking a girl out at a job interview is perfectly normal. Her name is called. She looks from him to the woman holding the clipboard then back to him. He hasn't convinced himself yet, and the time for names has passed. She stands, straightens her skirt, and it's a goodbye, a wave, and she's gone. He's still on her mind though. Even after the interview, she looks for him. He's not on the couch. He's not with the others being interviewed. Opportunity missed. And such a cute one at that. Little did she know, that he was equally disappointed. But he had class that evening, so off he rushed. **Two weeks later** Girl - we'll call her Jenna - tells her friends, Olivia and Boram about the interview. Both listen attentively at her recounting of the interview night. Olivia, who had gone to undergrad at Vandy, knew how the system worked and reminded Jenna that boy - let's call him Corey - would be easy to find if she backtracked to the interview signups. So she did. And there he was. 5:15pm. February 25. His name among five others. Little did she know that - one day - it would also be hers.
