Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort

This is where the ceremony, reception, and after party will take place. For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved for our event. If you do want to book a room at the Hacienda del Sol, please call the Hacienda's Reservations Specialists at 1-800-207-6883 and say that you are with the Cook-Wass Wedding to ensure that you are included in our currently allocated room block. All reservations must be made by 5pm MST on August 6, 2024. Hacienda Del Sol will provide the confirmed guest room rates below for the Room Block: Hacienda Room $318.00 Sonoran Room $428.00 Historic Suites $428.00 Prices quoted are per room, per night, based on a single or double occupancy. Should a rollaway bed be requested for additional guests, the charge is $15.00 additional per bed, per night. Room rates are subject to a resort fee of $35.00 per room, per night, and the prevailing state and county tax (currently totaling 12.05%). This being a smaller boutique hotel, rooms are limited, and will be first-come, first-served, so if you are interested, we would recommend booking sooner rather than later. For those wishing to stay elsewhere, free valet and self parking options are always available at the Hacienda del Sol for the event or any other day that you wish to visit.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Tucson Paloma Village

Conveniently located only 5 minutes from the Hacienda del Sol, this hotel includes complementary breakfast, WiFi, and parking. In addition, Embassy Suites hosts a nightly social hour from 5-7pm, where you will receive two complimentary drinks and assorted small snacks. For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved for our event at a special rate of $199 per night. The hotel room is for a two room king suite with a pullout sofa. Two queen beds may be available upon request. Please let us know if we can help coordinate any of this for you! If you would like to book a room at the Embassy Suites, please use the link below. Flight

Tucson International or Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport

Tucson International Airport is certainly the closest and most convenient airport to fly into for our wedding, however, flights on average will cost more, and there will be limited flight options compared to flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and renting a car. Tucson International is about 30 minutes from the Hacienda del Sol and Phoenix Sky Harbor is about 2 hours away. This ultimately comes down to preference, but if you are staying longer than just the weekend and plan on gallivanting around the desert, we would recommend flying into Phoenix, which is a very fun and hip city. Fun fact, Phoenix is also the 5th largest city in the U.S. by population, behind New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Houston!
