Maid of Honor
On the first day of Quantitative Analysis, Sophia sat next to Kat in the back of the class. Our instructor told us to turn to our neighbors and introduce ourselves. Per our awkward selves, we did no such thing... until our chem professor literally forced us to interact. Our hobbies include watching movies featuring Katie McGrath and eating Taco Bell. We have been best friends ever since.
Best Man
Elijah or Eli is the older and only brother of the groom. Elijah was a standout athlete and student in high school and college and continues to play basketball whenever he can. Elijah and Connor share many of the same interest like sports, video games, and even work for the same company.
Matron of Honor
An excerpt from the first time the bride went to Emily's house: Emily: Why is your hair still long Sophia: ... Emily: *chops off practically all of Sophia's hair* Sophia: *holding back tears followed by awkward silence*. I sought Emily as my accountability partner in one of the darkest moments of my life. Emily has helped me crawl out of my awkward shell and better express myself- mostly through my hair. Amongst the laughter and tears, Emily has become my role model. Through Emily, I am learning about being a wife and mother. She's probably my hero. Without her judgment-free friendship, Connor and I would have never started talking. Emily reminded me that it's okay to dream, especially if those dreams align with God's will. She's my prayer partner and my best friend.
Groomsman
Jacob is Emilys husband and through Sophia and Emilys friendship Connor was able to meet him and create a bond with him too. Jacob is a wonderful father of 5 children. He also has some sick Jordans he wears to hoop in.
Bridesmaid
Jayda grew up in the church with the bride. She was the annoying little sister that wasn't cool until she turned like 14. And then she became my home. Living together opened the doorway into true sisterhood. We fight like sisters. We ignore each other like sisters. We advocate for each other like sisters. Between screaming Panic! at the Disco in the car and eating gallons of chocolate-free puppy chow, she's the type of friend you do dumb stuff with.
Groomsman
Jim took Connor under his wing over 5 years ago and would have coffee with Connor every week for at least 3 years. Over that time Jim and Connor created a great friendship. Jim is also the single greatest worship leader there is.
Flower Girl
Madeline is the oldest, and Vera is the youngest. Madeline is smart, crafty and so thoughtful. Felicity is the wallflower of the family. Don't let her sweet voice deceive you, she can be a practical joker, too. Vera is a ball of crazy and frankly the source of many of the couple's inside jokes.
Ring Bearer
Chester, better known as Chet, is thoughtful and a little bit wild.
