Welcome Meet & Greet

Come on over to the massive fire pit at Buffler's for a meet & greet! Evening small bites and beverages will be provided. Feel free to arrive at 7pm and food will be set out at 7:30pm. Time to mix and mingle with the new fam-to-be! We attended a similar welcome event at the last wedding we attended and we really enjoyed the opportunity to catch up with old friends, and to make some new ones.

Wedding

Semi-formal, forest and/or garden wedding attire: Channel your inner “vibrant” with florals, pastels, or fun prints. Don’t be scared to be bold!

Adventures on the Gorge Welcome Center - 213 County Route 60/5, Lansing, WV, 25862 Smokey's on the Gorge - 96 County Route 60/5, Lansing, WV 25862. Please park in the parking lot adjacent to the Welcome Center. The ceremony location within Adventures on the Gorge will be held on the Event Deck behind Smokey's BBQ under a canopy of trees & dinner will be indoors. Lastly dancing will be back outside on the Event Deck. Sunset is at 9:00pm!

Gravity Ziplining

4:30 pm - 7:30 pm

This activity holds a maximum of 16 people. The price is $121.04 per person. The Gravity Zipline Wedding Activity Reservation is #1CJJZX. Please call 800-252-7784 directly to join this activity. You will need to provide this reservation number and mention the Coffman Lancaster wedding.

The course descends six ziplines: two 500-foot warm-ups, and then progressively longer and faster lines at 1,300 feet, 1,600 feet, and 1,800 feet before getting to the main attraction. --This trip meets on the Mill Creek campus at The Aerial Adventure Center (Building #8 on the campus map) and will go rain or shine! Please be dressed and ready to go at 4:10pm. All guests must be 12 years or older and weigh between 100-260 pounds. -Closed-toed shoes are required. -Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. -The minimum age for Gravity Ziplines is 12. Participants must weigh between 100 and 260 lbs.

Lower New River Gorge White Water Rafting - Full Day

8:00 am - 3:00 pm

The cost is $166.89 per adult and $157.37 for 12 year olds and includes lunch. There is a 40 person maximum for this activity. The White Water Rafting Wedding Activity Reservation is #1CJJZX.. You will meet at the Canyon Rim Rafting Check-In (#5 on the campus map). Trips will go out rain or shine! Please be dressed and ready to go 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Minimum age is 12 years old. Please communicate any dietary restrictions to us at least 2 days prior to your trip!
