Joe and Rob have been friends since day one, or at least day 50ish, when they met in baby play group. Over the years, they spent endless days hanging out in Joe's basement, where they bonded over the important things, like watching Happy Gilmore and playing N64. Rob would also like to extend his thanks to Joe for cracking his first beer. *Note: Camp Thunderbird Alum

Kirsten and Claire have been friends since high school, where they connected in a truly educational English class that didn't really have a teacher. They've since traveled to Europe, and taken a trip to Seattle and Canada, always loving every second of sharing laughs and being in the same catalog.
Groomsman
Rob and Gabe have also been friends since around day 50, thanks to their infant play group. Growing up they spent many nights playing poker at Gabe's house, which unfortunately didn't lead to a career for Rob. However, thanks to Gabe's success as a poker player, Rob learned of his love for electronic dance music. (Thanks for that Gabe.) *Note: Camp Thunderbird Alum

Katie and Claire met working at KHQ, where their desks were back to back, and Claire's dog Promo frequently took naps under Katie's desk. He knew how to pick 'em, and the two quickly and easily became friends! Katie's thoughtfulness and kindness made it that much more devastating when she moved away. Katie is also one of the few copy editors who Claire trusts.

Meghan and Claire met working at KHQ, and quickly became friends and roommates. Meghan is the proud aunt to Claire's dogs, and is Static's official photographer. Groomsman
Big Spence and Rob met working at KWYB in Bozeman, Montana, where they became fast friends and soon roommates. Rob enjoyed living with Big Spence, despite his cat named Walter, who had an affinity for hastily running into Rob's bedroom whenever his door was ajar, to hide out under the bed. It was also during that time that Spencer taught Rob to appreciate the TV show 'Big Brother'... which he still watches religiously.

Rob and [Bothell] Rex met in Montana, but became friends where all great friendships blossom: working at KNDU in the Tri-Cities of Washington state. They became roommates, and fondly referred to their apartment as "The Place." Thus, "The Place Boys" were born. Album coming soon. To clear things up, Rob strictly calls Rex "Bothell Rex," because he's from Bothell, Washington. Rex recently worked as the spokesman for a synagogue, which Rob takes full credit for.
Bridesmaid
Alexis and Claire met through Claire's brother, David, as Alexis is his better half. Alexis is Claire's constant source of inspiration, tolerance, thoughtfulness, and patience... and not just because she's married to David.
Groomsman
Rob and David met on a dark and stormy night in the late 1800s, when David, a street light operator, saw Rob struggling to rollerblade down a dirt road. They connected and soon realized they were each the long lost friend they had always dreamed of. Just kidding. Despite David being Claire's brother, and the trash talk David and Rob trade during football season, the two haven't actually met face to face yet.
