We want to help you as much as we can! Here we provide information on hotels, restaurants, discounted theme park tickets, or favorite things to do, and much more!

Our Dedicated Disney World Hotel Room Block

At this link you can book for as many nights as you like in our resorts. You can even resort hop too if you want to stay in a few different hotels during your trip. f you would rather talk to someone on the phone, call the Disney Room Block Booking number at: (407) 827-6799 and tell them you are part of the Hudson & Norman-Henderson Wedding on 12/4/2023, or use the code G0828915 DO NOT Call the Main Walt Disney World Reservations phone number. They are not able to book rooms in the room block and will not have any information about the wedding. If you have any trouble booking a room in the room block, let us know :) We can reach our to our contact and help you get it all sorted out.

Orlando International Airport (MCO)

At just under 17 miles, Orlando International Airport is the closest airport to Walt Disney World and has the best transportation options for reaching the parks. Shuttles start at $16 each way.

Tampa International Airport (TPA)

A great airport alternative only 79 miles from Walt Disney World. There are no shuttle options, so if you fly in here, please be prepared to rent a vehicle.

Travel Note

Mears Connect Airport Shuttle (Orlando Airport Only)

If you are not renting a car, this is one of the best ways to get from Orlando International Airport to your hotel. Previously called "Disney's Magical Express" Mear's connect picks you up at the airport and drops you off right at your hotel. You can pay for the same service to bring you back to the airport.
