FAQs

The Wedding Website of Chris Norman and Jordyn Hudson
We know that you likely have a ton of questions! Below are the common questions asked about the official wedding events. If you have questions about travel or booking a Walt Disney World Vacation, we have much more information available at our additional site at: https://blog.hudsonnormandisneywedding.com/ If you have questions that are not answered here, do not hesitate to reach out at cnormanhenderson@gmail.com
Question

I saw the time said 6 AM cermony... Is that a typo?

Answer

It is not. To have a ceremony in a Disney Theme Park, you must have it outside of park hours. With that, the option is early morning, or late at night. We chose morning as while it may be a bit of a challenge to get up early, who knew our guests would be able to enjoy the reception to its fullest. A late night ceremony likely wouldnt have started until 10pm at the earliest and reception beginning close to midnight. We felt that morning was the right choice. Don't worry.... Coffee will be readily available!

Question

Do I need to buy theme park admission in order to attend?

Answer

Absolutely not! No admission is necessary for the ceremony or reception. However you are welcome to DISCOUNTED Tickets through this link: https://disneyurl.com/Weddings

Question

How do I get to the ceremony? Can I Drive myself?

Answer

Complimentary Transportation will be provided from our host hotels. As the ceremony will be taking place in a theme park after hours, Disney has special security requirements and guests must arrive on Disney Transportation and be cleared by security. If you are not staying one of our Host Hotels, you will need to get transportation to the Host hotel to board the Wedding Transportation. Details on day of transportation will be sent out within 14 days of the ceremony. **Again, If you attempt to drive yourself to Animal Kingdom for the ceremony, you will not be able to attend**

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Due to the varying nature of theme park operations, we will not have exact times for the Ceremony until 14 days out. However, the time won't change significantly from the current 6am plan. We will reach out to all of our guests closer to the ceremony with final details.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We know that some of you have little Mouseketeers, and you are more than welcome to bring them along! However, please consider that no rides will be available before/during/or after the ceremony and that may be something that your young ones don't quite understand. We'll leave it to you to make that call, but there are also options for in-room babysitting services provided by Disney. If you are interested in these options, please let us know and we can provide more information.

Question

I'm planning to turn this into a whole vacation for my family! Can my Auntie Edna also attend the ceremony?

Answer

We are so excited that you are going to turn this into a good old fashioned family vacation, and what a better time than the Holidays! Please feel free to book rooms in our room block and enjoy everything that Walt Disney World has to offer! While we would love to meet your Auntie Edna, for our official wedding events we kindly ask that you help us in keeping our invited guests to those on your invitation. In order to ensure that we were able to make our Disney Fairy Tale Wedding happen within our budget, we have to keep our guest list limited.
