Matron of Honor
Meghan and Lea’s friendship started at CSULB, in 1998. Meghan came to Lea’s aide in a tough time, despite not being a fan of Sorority Girls, and the friendship took off from there. They became more like sisters, and have had too many wild life journeys to count. In their youthful years of friendship, they traveled, partied, worked, modeled and even starred in a beer commercial together! Flash forward 24 years, and these two can be found running races across the country together and laughing until they cry.
Emily Wollenman
Bridesmaid
Emily and Lea first met at CrossFit, in 2017. They became fast friends after they entered a local, scaled competition, where they tied for first against some mean sandbaggers. As their friendship grew, they bonded over their love of yoga, good food, libations, work, travel and mandatory Soul Sister date nights in Newport in which they could catch up on everything going on in their lives. Emily has since moved to Playa del Carmen to live with her love, and Lea and Chris visit often.
Sara Helsley
Bridesmaid
Sara and Lea met while working at Bloomingdales in their mid 20’s. Back then they would go out dancing, take trips to Havasu, and spontaneous mid-week vacations to Mexico for lobster and tequila. They always kept in contact after parting ways from Bloomies, and in 2014 they ran into each other at Target. Sara had a job opportunity, Lea took it. They have worked together at Rudy Project for 8 1/2 years now, leaning on each other through all the good times and hard times. Family doesn’t always have to be blood.
Jake Christensen
Groomsman
Jake is Chris’ baby brother. Since moving back to Utah, Chris and Jake become inseparable in the wintertime. Their passion for skiing and cycling, gets them outdoors, pushing each other at all sports.
Michael "Jammer" Anderson
Groomsman
Chris and Jammer are Cousins and best friends. They had matching cars in High School and even went to college together, in San Diego.
Clint Christensen
Groomsman
Clint is middle brother, between Crazy Jake and Chris! He has 3 adorable kids, that Uncle Chris loves to visit. They love to hike and watch soccer games live, together.
Matthew Szabo
Officiant
Lea and Chris are so delighted that Matthew Szabo will be their honorable officiant. Even though Matt is a busy guy, trying to save LA, he always takes the time to catch up with Lea when she’s in town. Matt took Chris to his first Notre Dame game back East. Lea, Chris and Matt have run Spartan Races together across the Country and believe that doing CrossFit is a good way to be able to eat all the pasta!
Harlyn Campo
Flower Child
Harlyn “Sissy” Campo is the daughter of Mel and Anthony Campo. The couple owned the CrossFit gym that Chris and Lea met at, and now live in Utah, as well. Sissy will be accompanied by her brothers, Caden and Crew. They have become like family to Chris and Lea.
