Are kids allowed?

Answer

If possible, we are trying to keep this as an adult getaway, for us to let loose and enjoy quality time together. Activities such as boating, golf, slot canyoneering, hiking, ATV, yoga, and relaxing by the pool will take place! The resort is “kid friendly” however, our wedding celebration will be “adults only.” So if children do come for the weekend, we ask that arrangements are made for them to remain offsite during Sunday evening. There will only be a few exceptions made for those that are in the wedding party. Please contact Lea at 562-243-0007, to further discuss.

How should I pack?

Answer

The majority of the weekend will be spent in resort attire. Sand Hollow is High Desert, so it will feel dry. The average temperature of the destination will be between 73 and 82 degrees, which is really nice for the desert. Take into consideration which activities you plan on doing, when you pack. Towels will be provided at residences, pools and spas. If you plan on hiking and slot canyoneering, please bring study shoes or hiking boots. For the wedding, think beachy cocktail attire. Ladies, rethink those stilettos. We'll be on grass. We want everyone to look fabulous, but it's certainly not black tie.
