We both love the Catskills. As our friends know well, we spend more weekends in the Catskills than in NYC during ski season. In the summer and fall we love to go camping and hiking in the beautiful wilderness. We always stop at Phoenicia Diner for lunch before heading home. The area is also a special place for our relationship. Jon likes to say he "courted" Christine at Windham Mountain ski resort where we spent many weekends during the early part of our relationship. On March 4, 2023, Jon proposed to Christine on one of our favorite runs on the mountain. We even named our dog Winnie after Windham Mountain! We encourage you to get out there and find out why we love the area so much. Go for a hike, play a round of disc golf, or check out a cute mountain town. Have your own Christine and Jon-esque weekend!
