Abby's best friend since 2nd grade. Grew up down the street from each other and stayed close through school and beyond. Hannah has been a constant and is part of the family. She has helped Abby keep a level head (most of the time) during her relationship with Chris and is someone both Abby and Chris can always count on!

Alex Hill

Chris' younger brother. Alex has been Chris' best friend since he was born. Growing up, Alex and Chris supported each other through sports, Boy Scouts, school, and beyond. As they've grown up their relationship has grown and changed but Alex will always be a special person in Chris' and now Abby's lives.

Kayla Owens

Abby's college friend since 2015. Met on the first day of college at their first college swim practice. Neither one of us would have survived without the other. Moves across the country can't keep them apart whether its FaceTime dates or Vegas trips. Kayla is always there and Abby is so happy this friendship continued after college!

Josh Thomas

Chris' friend since middle school. Josh and Chris first met in 6th grade at school ski club. Through middle school and high school they did just about everything together. Going to college, they didn't have to worry about a long distance friendship. At Miami, they lived in the same dorm/house all four years. Chris and Josh continue their adult friendship through book club, trips, and weekly high school emails.

Maddy Adams

Abby's college friend since 2018. Though they met at Duquesne, the friendship was cemented with both of them living in Atlanta. COVID dinner dates and gym hang outs made that year so much better! Maddy always knows what to say and supports Abby 100%.

Jack Buchan

Chris' friend since middle school, Jack was also in school ski club. Continuing through the rest of middle school and high school, they only became closer through their love of Ohio State Sports and outdoors adventures. Even with distance separating them for college, they also stayed in contact through their weekly emails and trips! Jack is always up for a good backpacking adventure and is always there to loan Chris anything he needs... even a suit!

Abby's college friend since 2017. The summer of fun in Brottier Hall and trips to Erie, St. Louis, Atlanta, and Asheville keep the friendship alive and well... And of course ABBA (uh huh).

Leon Cai

Chris' friend since middle school. They met in 6th grade and through middle school and high school they did everything together. He is the final member of the weekly email chain and Chris has loved the med school updates... even if he does not always understand it! Leon has continued to be a close friend through college and now adulthood. Whether it is a drive through Nashville or a quick lunch in Atlanta, when Chris and Leon get together it's like no time has passed.

Abby's friend since she was 5. Growing up at Forest Hills, she was a constant in Abby's life. When Abby moved down to Atlanta, their friendship picked right back up except this time there were animals (cat for Abby, dog for Ashley) and boys who would become husbands!

Chris' friend since 2019 thanks to Georgia Pacific. Though they met through work, Chris and Zach grew their friendship through climbing and outdoor adventures. As time has gone on, board games and dinners have been added to the mix and whenever they get together, Chris and Zach always have a good time.

Lexi Daniels

Abby's friend since she was 5. From 4th of July parties with parachute competitions to awesome double date nights, Lexi has become one of the people Abby turns to whenever she needs help. Going from the pseudo younger sister to the friend she is today, it has been great growing and learning with each other.

MacKenzie Hull

Chris and MacKenzie met in Sophomore year at Miami. Their first adventure was the leadership institute and they quickly became close friends through 3 years of engineering and leadership classes. From trips, weddings, and phone calls, their friendship has continued.

Brynn Scheinberg

Abby's future sister in law! Since meeting at the lake in June of 2022, Abby has always enjoyed seeing Brynn at all Hill Family activities. Now that they are/almost married into the Hill family, it is so nice to know that they are in it together! Abby is looking forward to adding another sister to the family.

Chris' college friend since his Freshman year. They also met Miami in 2014 and became close friends through 3 years of classes and their involvement in Engineers Without Borders. Even though distance and then COVID made it hard to see each other, Chris and Brandon still enjoy getting outdoors together and catching up.

Michelle Watson

Abby's older sister. She has been Abby's biggest cheerleader since day 1. From swimming to school to life, Michelle has always been on team Abby. It used to be Michelle and Abby against the world. However, since meeting Chris, Michelle might have another favorite person. She is looking forward to having a brother (neither of the Watson girls know what that is like!) and making "Chris Hill" a part of the family!

Nick Savage

Chris and Abby's close friend. Chris met Nick through work in 2017. Chris and Nick became better friends after a company holiday after party and continued to grow their friendship through countless Atlanta adventures. Abby joined the crew when she moved to Atlanta in 2019. Nick was around for almost all of the major Chris/Abby Relationship points. They shared their first kiss at his condo, they had their first double date with him, and of course he was there when Chris proposed. He even took some pretty great engagement photos! Nick has been there for so much of this relationship it only seems right that he is there when it is cemented for the rest of Chris' and Abby's lives.

Steven Kunkle

Abby's second cousin once removed and ordained minister. He and his wife, Melissa, generously hosted Abby for a summer while she finished her Master's Degree out in Albuquerque. He is the Team Chaplin for the Albuquerque Isotopes (AAA team for the Colorado Rockies).
