What is the dress code?

Answer

This event is semi-formal. We ask that guests stay within muted fall and winter color palettes. Please no bright colors. Women can wear cocktail, tea-length, or floor length dresses. Jumpsuits and pantsuits are also acceptable. Men can wear suit jackets and dress pants. Ties are acceptable but not required. Please NO jeans, sneakers, etc.

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, only those specifically listed on the invitation are able to attend.

This is an adults-only event, with a few exceptions for family which will be clearly listed on the invitation.

Can you accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes! The bride has several food allergies as well, so this is very important to her too and was kept in mind when choosing the caterer. On your RSVP, there will be a place to list any food allergies or accommodations needed. The caterer will do everything possible to accommodate all requests.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

The venue has a parking lot for guests. It is a short walk to the ceremony space from the parking lot. It is an outdoor space, so be mindful that you will be walking on grass and gravel throughout the event. Venue staff will have a golf cart in the parking area and from the ceremony to the reception space that can shuttle those who may have difficulties walking on uneven terrain or for long distances. Please reach out to the couple if you have specific concerns.

Is there transportation to and from hotels/other accommodations in the area?

Answer

As we get closer to the event, we will provide a list of services in the area. We are aware the venue is somewhat remote. We want to be sure that everyone can both have a good time and get back to their lodging safely.
