When are you guys getting to BG?

Answer

We will be there Monday to Monday. Please come and spend the week in paradise, if you are able!

What is "island time"?

Answer

It is a different world on the island when it comes to TIME. Many of the establishments on the island are not open as long as we may be used to "in the real world." A simple call might be a good idea to see if places you'd like to go are open.

How long is Gasparilla Island?

The island is 7 miles long.

Can you get an Uber on the island?

Answer

Nope. A golf cart or car is your best option, if your destination is too far for you to walk.

Are cars allowed on the island?

Answer

Absolutely. Though golf carts are prevalent with the locals, cars are very welcome and parking is available everywhere.

How many miles does a golf cart go on one battery charge?

Answer

Your golf cart can go about 10 miles with one charge.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Tropical! Whatever you are comfortable in. Heels strongly discouraged, as the reception is indoor/outdoor and you will be walking on sand. Wedges should be ok, but sandals/flip flops would be best. The weather in October is typically lovely but still warm. Lilly Pulitzer is of course encouraged by the bride, as it is her favorite designer!
