This is where we have blocked off rooms for our guests to stay! Please book your reservations before 4pm on 5/29/24 at 860-620-1100 and mention the Cuccio-Esposito wedding (no minimum night stay required!) *** the hotel is booking up VERY quickly. Please make your reservations ASAP! The hotel bar will remain open until 1am after our wedding for a continued celebration! We will also be providing buses and shuttles to bring our guests between the hotel and the venue. The transportation schedule is as follows: BUS 1- pick up from hotel at 2:50pm; drop off at Aria at 3:10pm SHUTTLE 1- pick up from hotel at 2:55pm; drop off at Aria at 3:15pm BUS 2- pick up from hotel at 3:30pm; drop off at Aria at 3:50pm SHUTTLE 2- pick up from hotel at 3:35pm; drop off at Aria at 3:55pm For returning back to the hotel after the wedding is over: SHUTTLE 1- 11:00pm pick up from Aria; drop off to hotel 11:20pm BUS 1- 11:10pm pick up from Aria; 11:30pm drop off to hotel SHUTTLE 2- 11:40pm pick up from Aria; 12:00am drop off to hotel BUS 2- 11:50pm pick up from Aria; 12:10am drop off to hotel
