Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

While the official wedding ceremony will start at 4:00pm, we recommend that guests arrive 15 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time so everyone can get settled before the proceedings. Please see the travel tab for more information on the shuttles and buses we will provide for our guests from the hotel.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love our guests to DRESS TO IMPRESS! Please dress in formal attire.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place indoors in The Aria Chapel (on site of the reception venue). The cocktail hour will take place both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will be indoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Will transportation be provided to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! Buses and shuttles will be provided to take guests to and from The Aria and The Courtyard Southington hotel. Please see the travel tab for more information.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! there is plenty of complementary parking available at The Aria

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate! There will be shuttles transporting guests between the hotel and venue so you do not have to worry about driving. Please drink responsibly :)

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will specify how many seats have been saved in your honor. Thank you for understanding!

I have dietary restriction/allergies. What is the best way to let you know?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP whether you have any dietary restrictions and we will make sure to account for it.
