We can't wait to see everyone! There is a shuttle to bring people to the venue on Saturday, find more info on the travel and details tabs. We've had a warm October but it sadly looks like it will get cold this weekend, please check the weather and bring a warm layer!

Travel & Lodging

The Wedding Website of Tierney Strandberg and Caleb Stewart
We know that travel to and from Montana is time-consuming and expensive. While we would love to celebrate with you, please do not feel any pressure to attend, especially if you live out of state. If you choose not to accept our invitation, we will feel your love from afar and hope to see you soon. There are many hotels to choose from, but we have included a few recommendations below. Bozeman, specifically Bridger Canyon where our venue is, also has a lot of Airbnb and VRBO rentals. This would be a good option for folks that want to stay as a group with other guests, share costs, and have closer access to the ranch where we'll be staying. There are also plenty of options in town for those who prefer to stay somewhere walkable. We will arrange a shuttle to take people from Bozeman to the venue before the ceremony and back to town after the reception, but if you are staying separately you will need to consider your own transportation to and from the shuttle location or venue.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Bozeman to the venue

October 19, 2024 1:45 pm - 11:00 pm

We have hired a shuttle to take guests from the Gallatin County Fairgrounds to Hardscrabble on the day of the wedding. We strongly encourage this option for a safe ride to and from our wedding. There is free parking at the fairgrounds which is walking or ride-share distance from many of the hotels in town. Please plan for 30 minutes to travel safely from Bozeman to the venue if you are transporting yourselves. SCHEDULE: 1:45-2:00 PM: Arrive at the fairgrounds between 1:45-2:00 to board the shuttle. The yellow school bus labeled First Student will leave at 2:00 for a 2:30 drop off. Please park at the fairgrounds lot off W Oak St. There will not be multiple rides to the venue, so please plan with that in mind! If you miss the shuttle, you will have to arrange your own transportation. 9:00 PM: First departure back to Bozeman from the venue (30 min ride). 10:45-11:00 PM: Final departure back to Bozeman! Any guests not staying at the venue for the weekend will leave at this time.

Flight

Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport

This is the closest airport and has the most flight options in Montana. Transportation to and from the airport will be required, but there are rideshares and hotel shuttles available if you will not have access to a vehicle.

House Or Rental

Airbnbs near the ranch

We have compiled some rental house options near the venue in Bridger Canyon. There are many more rentals available in town in Bozeman, but we wanted to create a list that had a few choices near to where we will be staying.

House Or Rental

Glamping Tents @ Hardscrabble Ranch

15660 Brackett Creek Road, Bozeman, MT 59715

There will be a small number of glamping tents available at the venue for guests to reserve separately for Friday and Saturday nights. These tents have very comfortable beds and offer privacy for up to two people, but are not heated and do not have an indoor bathroom access (they do have very nice nearby trailer bathrooms and showers). If you are interested in reserving a tent for one or both nights, we can connect you with the venue coordinator. The cost is $200 per night.

Hotel

Sapphire Motel

310 North 7th Avenue, Bozeman, MT 59715

A cute and funky Bozeman motel! In the general area of where we are hoping to have the shuttle pick up guests, and walking distance to a great food truck court and parts of downtown.

Hotel

Courtyard Bozeman

2168 Boot Hill Court, Bozeman, MT 59715

New hotel with great views of the mountains. This is easy to access from the interstate but not walking distance to town or the shuttle location. Guests will need to consider transportation if they choose this option.

Hotel

The LARK

122 West Main Street, Bozeman, MT 59715

Cute and stylish downtown lodging. This is the most walkable location of the hotels we have highlighted! Good for guests who want to be in a central location and spend time in town, but will need to consider transportation to and from the airport if flying and to the venue or shuttle location.

Rental Car

Many rental car companies!

This area has a lot of tourism and many different rental car companies. Plan ahead if you are flying and will need transportation during your time in Bozeman. Cars do book up well in advance, so we recommend reserving ahead of time. **NOTE: if you are renting a car, we recommend renting a vehicle with 4WD or AWD. While we are hoping for pleasant weather, snow is not out of the realm of possibility. The road to our venue is paved, but it is a mountain road and we want everyone to be safe**
