Matron of Honor
Amanda & Jacqueline met their freshman year of high school. In ROP video editing and TV production classes they worked together on many ridiculous student shorts and film projects (Amanda would go on to become an Emmy award winning news producer!). They soon became the best of friends through their sick sense of humor, deep love of sarcasm and a shared joy in making fun of their math teachers. After graduation, they both moved (out of state & out of country) and would move many times over, but while other high school friendships fell away, theirs remained strong. They stayed connected, taking countless trips and having many adventures together. Amanda has always been there for Jackie, through the good times and the bad, and when time and distance keeps them apart, the next time they see each other, they always pick up right where they left off... laughing their asses off! Jacqueline was honored to be by Amanda's side at her wedding to Andrew and loves to play auntie to her sweet boy Freddie. There is no one Jacqueline would rather have by her side on her wedding day.
Maid of Honor
Mackenzie and Jacqueline met through their mutual friend Amanda, after they all went to Las Vegas together soon after turning 21. What happens in Vegas might stay in Vegas, but the bond of friendship that was formed that weekend followed them home! The thing Jackie loves most about Mackie is her willingness to say 'yes!' to whatever hare-brained adventure or project she comes up with. While Mackenzie, Jacqueline, and Amanda often form a travel trifecta, escapading all over the states, Mackie and Jackie hold down the fort locally, getting up to no good on a regular basis. They both love a good concert or festival, cooking competitions (sometimes in abandoned ski resorts), bake offs (pumpkin pie and x-mas cookies), and crafting projects. They love a checklist! (eating their way through Anthony Bordain's K-Town Favorites or determining the best pizza restaurant in OC). But what Mackie and Jackie love most is a good catch up sesh filled with laughter, tears, and lots of talking. Jacqueline is so glad Mackenzie said 'yes!' to standing up with her for her next big adventure, her marriage!
