Ojai is a small mountain community with very limited access to ride sharing apps like Lyft and Uber. We highly recommend that folks coordinate car rentals or carpooling to get the most out of their time in Ojai.
Flight
Los Angeles International Airport
LAX is about 1.5 hours south of Ojai. We suggest flying into this airport (or Santa Barbara) and renting a car to get to the city of Ojai. If you have some extra time, we suggest taking the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH or the 1), which is gorgeous and happens to be the route we travelled on our first trip together to Big Sur.

Santa Barbara Airport is a regional airport about 1 hour from Ojai and a great alternative to LAX if you prefer a shorter car ride and less potential for traffic.
