FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The doors will open at 4:00 PM and the ceremony will start at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive and be seated in time as doors will close when the ceremony starts and guests who are late will not be let in until after the ceremony has ended.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue that can hold up to 100 vehicles, but as we are expecting maximum guest count, we highly suggest carpooling or using the shuttle if you are staying at one of the hotels. Overnight parking is also allowed, but all vehicles must be off the property by no later than 9:00AM the following morning or will be subject to being towed at the owner's expense.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

As this is a formal event, we kindly ask that our guests dress their best for this special occasion. As for the ladies, we also kindly ask to avoid wearing white so that you will not get mistaken as the bride.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, we have limited seating and do not have additional seats for those not accounted for on our finalized guest list. If we have extended a plus one to you, their name or a blank space (for you to type in their FULL name) will appear with yours on the RSVP link. If we have not extended a plus one to you, only your name will appear on the RSVP link. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

We understand how difficult it can be to find childcare for parents, but we kindly ask to make this a date night without children. Due to the limited capacity, only some exceptions already discussed will be allowed to attend. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

We understand that it is tempting to bring your own alcohol to most occasions. However, outside alcohol and other beverages are PROHIBITED on the property of the wedding venue. We will get charged per amount of outside alcohol and beverages found (and this has happened before!!!). We will be covering for all beer, wine, seltzer and champagne provided by the wedding venue for our guests. Additional wine spirits or shots will be available for purchase by cash or card. So do not worry, and let's have an amazing night!

Question

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

Answer

Smoking and vaping are allowed only in the designated area by the back patio of the venue. Outside of this designated area, smoking and vaping are PROHIBITED. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

What if I have any dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please indicate on your RSVP or let us know at least 4 weeks before the wedding so we can provide alternative options for you.

Question

Will there be a seating chart?

Answer

Yes, there will be a seating chart displayed at the wedding venue. If a plus one has been extended to you, please ensure their name is spelled CORRECTLY on the RSVP link so that they will be accounted for the seating. After dinner, guests can move to other tables or areas as desired. Please let us know if you have any questions about the seating chart.
