This is located right on King Street and is the most convenient for walking around downtown, dining out, shopping, bar hopping, etc. You will be able to walk or Uber to many great places right around the area! Please note, there are no more rooms available under the block. However, you can still book here separately for a comparable rate.

Francis Marion Hotel

Francis Marion is another great option where we have a room block! This is located a little further down King Street and is also very convenient for walking around downtown, dining out, shopping, bar hopping, etc. Similarly, you will be able to walk or Uber to many great places right around the area! Please call and tell them you are with the Tillis/Nemetz Block.

House Or Rental

Airbnb or VRBO

AirBnB or VRBO would be a really good option for a group of friends or a large family party. The rates are comparable and there are a ton of great houses near the hotel and all over the Charleston area if you prefer to stay in an Airbnb! Note, the meeting place for wedding day transportation and pick-up will be the Hyatt Hotel, which has a ton of nearby VRBO/Airbnb rentals within walking distance.

The Charleston International Airport (CHS) is a ~20 minute drive to downtown Charleston and the Hyatt Hotel! Please book in a timely fashion to ensure good rates!
