We have our main room block reserved at Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Charleston / Historic District. Hyatt Place offers rooms and Hyatt House offers suites but both are located together on-site. See the "Travel" tab on the website for additional details and links to BOTH options. Transportation to the wedding will be provided . We also have a room block located a little further down King Street at the Francis Marion Hotel. Details are listed on the "Travel" tab as well.
We kindly ask that you RSVP through our wedding website by January 15th. Using the "RSVP" tab at the top of the page, please follow instructions to RSVP to each event. You can edit your response after submitting if needed. If there is anything we should be aware of, please use the comments section (under each event when you RVSP) to submit any questions or notes. Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the venue. The meeting place for wedding day pick-up will be the Hyatt Hotel. All are welcome to take the transportation regardless of where you are staying! More details to come regarding timing. If you wish to Uber/Lyft or drive, the venue is a ~15 minute drive from the Hyatt Hotel. Please note, there is limited parking at the venue.
Guests should pack with mildly cool weather in mind. The daily high temperatures in early March tend to average around 65°F with a low of 50-53°F.
THURSDAY, Welcome Party at 8:30pm - Join us the night before at Stars Rooftop & Grill Room to kick off the celebrations with some light bites, desserts, cocktails, and a beautiful view of the Charleston city skyline. SATURDAY, Boat Cruise from 2-4pm - Please join us Saturday afternoon for a private boat cruise as we continue the celebration with light bites, cocktails, and music. We can start boarding the boat 30 minutes prior to departure at 1:30pm. Uber is the best option but there are places to park as well. There will be drinks and light bites offered. We’re so excited to dance, drink, and continue the party with all our favorite people! All are invited, but please RSVP for this event on the website. Following the cruise, we'll plan to continue the celebration on King St and hit some of our favorite bars. If you aren’t staying, we hope everyone travels home safe!
The wedding attire is black-tie. For the ladies - long or midi dresses, fancy jumpsuits. The ceremony will be in grass so we recommend wedges/shoes with thicker heals. For the guys - tuxedo or dark suit and tie.

All events will take place outdoors if weather permits. The reception will be under a tent.
