They say the best friendships are the ones you can always, good or bad, be yourself in. That saying is true with Marilyn. I met Marilyn while we both interned at CBIZ. We sat right across from each other and shared jokes, stories, and the most random questions about life. We just clicked. That was 2015 and till this day we still make each other laugh, ask ridiculous questions and support each other through life. I couldn’t ask God for a better friend and I am honored to stand by her side on her wedding day. Love you Marilyn!
Matron of Honor
My name is Brisanet Bueno, and I am one of the bride's best friends (I will say myself lol). How can I start this? Marilyn and I go some time back! We met at the gym in Oxford, Mississippi in 2013. When I saw she was glamorous and feisty, I said, “Yeap, that’s my girl!”. She can brighten anyone’s day with that beautiful smile of hers. I love the fact that she’s always herself. No matter how many miles separate us we manage to come together and act like we’ve seen each other everyday, and that's why I can sincerely say she’s my ride or die. Love you tons Marilyn💙
Bridesmaid
Marilyn got lucky when I came into the world. She got a sister, a comadre, a titi, and a comedian! But to be real, I got luckier. She's paved a way for me and our siblings. She's brilliant, helpful, tough, hard working, a great mom and laughs like no other! I can't wait to stand by your side!
Bridesmaid
I am the bride's not so little little sister. Marilyn and I met when our mom brought me home from the hospital and legend says I found my favorite sleeping/napping spot...big sister's chest! Now Dante gets to enjoy that napping spot! At the wedding, you'll catch me taking selfies and deleting them after saying "ewww!" and tearing it up on the dance floor!
Bridesmaid
Marilyn and I first met online, and we quickly bonded because we both were first-time moms. The first time I met Marilyn in person we got along so we well that I remember feeling like I had just met a family member. I event went back home and told my husband all about how amazing she was. Marilyn was my first friend in Tennessee and I truly believe God placed her in my life at the right moment. Although I've only known Marilyn for a short time, she has welcomed me like family and I'm so excited to continue our friendship and plan more play dates / mom dates!
Best Man
What can I say, I met my brother since day one. We may not have gotten along when we were younger, but I am happy to say as grown men we do now, and today my happiness is GRAND knowing that you are about to get married. Finding a soul mate is a rare and amazing event. Congratulations, Bro! Love you.
Groomsman
Groomsman
I can't really say when Alex and I met since we were kids. What I can say is that even though we are cousins, he's been like a brother to me for as long as I can remember. We may live miles apart, but we never skip a beat when we reunite. He's always been that man that gives advice (sometimes questionable lol), but always with a good heart. Side note: Luis is the cousin that introduced Alex and Marilyn.
Groomsman
I met Alex when his mom sold gold out of her purse like the tamale ladies. But it wasn't long until we started hanging out in church, since he was an altar boy. But he smiled too much [for an altar boy] and it made me wonder about him, and the rest is history [they became friends].
Groomsman
I met Alex through our mutual friend Ariel. I believe my first time meeting him was at his job. He fixed people's computers and helped run a game room for our introverted needs hosting after hour game nights of halo and super smash. Then I got the pleasure of him moving into my home where our friendship grew into a brotherhood.
