FAQs

Some of the details of the weekend itinerary are subject to change as we get closer to the date. We will keep this page updated with the most recent information about our wedding weekend.
Question

What if I can only make for the day of the ceremony and reception?

Answer

That's 100% okay with us! As much as we'd love to spend all weekend with you, we understand life gets busy. We appreciate any time you make to celebrate our love. There will be an option when you RSVP if you're just planning on attending the ceremony and reception on 10/12/24!

Question

Will there be a wedding shower?

Answer

Bridgette and Haley have been living together for over two years, so they have everything they need already. If you wish to give us a gift -- thank you! Please consider contributing to our Honeymoon or House Fund under the "Registry" tab on our website.

Question

Can I spend the night?

Answer

Yes! For the convenience and safety of our guests, you can spend the night free of charge on Friday 10/11 and/or Saturday 10/12 at Camp Pinewood in one of their cabins. See the "gallery" tab for photos of the cabins, if you're curious! Just let us know in your RSVP if/when you are planning on spending the night, and be mindful you'll need to bring your own sheets, blankets, pillows, etc.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the ceremony and reception, please wear cocktail attire and comfortable shoes. If you wish to coordinate with our color palette, bold earthy tones are the vibe! We'll include our color palette in the "Gallery" tab for inspo. Please bear in mind that our (short and sweet) ceremony will be taking place outside, so you may be your coziest with a jacket or sweater. As for the rest of the wedding weekend, wear whatever you're most comfortable hanging out at camp in!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as the phrase "the more, the merrier" resonates with us, we have planned for the exact number of guests listed on the invitations. We ask you kindly not bring a plus one, unless your invitation explicitly includes another guest.

Question

How much of the Wedding Day should I expect to be outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside, at Camp Pinewood's lakeside amphitheater. Cocktail hour will take place in the covered Outdoor Lounge, and will be followed by a buffet style dinner hosted inside the Main Lodge.

Question

What are the cabins like?

Answer

All cabins sleep up to 16 people each, and are equipped with fans, space heaters, and bunk-style beds. Some of the cabins have en suite restrooms. For the other cabins, there are several shared bath houses located centrally between them. See the "gallery" tab for cabin photos.

Question

What is the parking situation like?

Answer

Upon your arrival, follow the signs guiding you to Camp Pinewood's parking lot. Parking is free. Camp Pinewood Staff will also be assisting guests find their way during peak arrival times. Once you've parked, make your way to the Main Lodge, where Camp Pinewood staff will get you checked in!

Question

Have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We'll be sure to have a vegan and gluten free option for every meal we provide at Camp Pinewood for our guests with known dietary restrictions. Please, let us know in your RSVP if you have any other restrictions we should be aware of, so we can accommodate you!
