Friday Overnight Guest Check-In

For guests choosing to spend the night prior to our Wedding Day in one of the complimentary cabins, camp check-in begins at 7 PM on 10/11/24. See "Gallery" tab for more details on what the cabins are like. Please note: You will need to bring your own bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows, etc.) if you choose to spend the night in one of the cabins.
Bonfire & S'mores
8:00 pm
We'll bring the s'mores and a cozy fire. You bring your drink of choice! (Please BYOB for Friday night)

Clique Espresso Catering will be serving complimentary craft espresso beverages from 10 AM to 1 PM inside of the Main Lodge. Camp Pinewood staff will also be serving hot breakfast in the Main Lodge.
Saturday Overnight Guest Check-In (optional & free)

Check-in for wedding guests planning to arrive at Camp Pinewood on Saturday, and only spend one night will begin at 11 AM.
Wedding Day Guest Check-In
2:30 pm
Wedding guests who are opting to join us for the ceremony and reception, but are not spending the night, are more than welcome to arrive at Camp Pinewood any time before the ceremony at 3 PM. Pop inside the Main Lodge for a coffee from our espresso caterers, check out the hiking trails, or challenge a fellow wedding guest in your yard game of choice.

Cocktail attire is recommended! If you wish to coordinate with our color palette, bold earthy tones are the vibe! We'll include a color palette in the "Gallery" tab for inspo. Please keep in mind, the ceremony will be taking place outside, so layers and comfortable footwear are recommended.

Did someone say open bar??
Lola's Perfect Pour's charming camper bar will be parked in front of the Main Lodge. Make sure to make an extra strip of photos from the photo booth, so you can add it to our guestbook!

We'll set you up to hit the road with some coffee and light breakfast! As a courtesy to Camp Pinewood staff, please make sure to gather all belongings and vacate the cabins by 10:30 AM.
