Question

What COVID-19 safety precautions are you taking?

Answer

We graciously request that everyone be up-to-date on all COVID-19 vaccines and boosters that are available to them. We will ask you to show proof of vaccination before being seated at our ceremony. While testing is not required to travel internationally or domestically in the US, we ask that everyone take an LFT or PCR test before traveling to the wedding. We also are requesting that you take an LFT the morning of every event you plan on attending. We will be bringing a small amount of extra LFTs to the hotel if you are unable to obtain your own. Thank you for helping us hold an event that is as safe as possible for all of our guests.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is Black-Tie Optional - we encourage you to break out the dinner jackets and formal gowns, but a nice suit or cocktail dress will be just as lovely!

Question

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! On your RSVP, let us know about any dietary restrictions you may have. Note that while we will not be using a kosher caterer, we will have an "inoffensive" menu. There will be no pork, shellfish, molluscs, etc. at the wedding, but there will be both meat and dairy present in some dishes. We will have vegetarian/vegan options available if you keep kosher but don't require a hescher. If you do require a certified kosher meal to be brought in, please let us know ASAP and we will notify our caterer.

Question

Do you have a hotel block reserved?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at the Hyatt Regency - Downtown Boston for our guests the weekend of the wedding at $129/night plus taxes. You can go here to book - https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/BOSTO/G-JEBE . The discounted rate covers the whole weekend (Friday to Sunday night) but you don't have to stay all three nights. If you'd like to have a longer stay, please call the hotel reservations team at +1-617-912-1234 or email them at qualitybosto@hyatt.com and reference the Couchman/Rodowicz wedding. You MUST reserve your rooms no later than November 17, 2022 to get the discounted rate!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Your kids are absolutely welcome! Please let us know if you plan on bringing them.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The hotel has step-free access from the street via a set of two elevators. All areas with steps also have ramps. There are rooms with roll-in showers available for anyone who will be staying the night of the wedding - you may need to call the reservations team to book using our discount code. Let us know if you run into any trouble!
