July 19th, or ASAP
Yes! It is a new thing and it is SELF-ORGANIZING. We're asking to limit cars at our venues due to residential parking constraints and environmental impact. If you can offer or need a ride, please sign up as soon as you can here: https://www.groupcarpool.com/t/5bqfu7. Feel free to match for separate rides for each event. Thanks for your cooperation! **If offering a ride, please specify in the 'Notes' section whether you'll be able to drive to both the ceremony and reception or just one.
Yes, but it is LIMITED. We are hoping for as few cars as possible, so please sign up for the carpool either as a driver or waiting for a ride. If you're a driver, please mind your speed and do not block driveways. Be courteous and drive safely. Lot and street parking available for the reception at Nevei Kodesh.
Yes! There’s an option to let us know when you RSVP. However, to accommodate the bride and groom’s dietary restrictions the food will be dairy free and mostly vegan, courtesy of SweetPea Cuisine. There will be some gluten free options. There will be something for almost everyone and it will be tasty. But meat's not on the menu.
We have a registry section on this website - please check it out!
We have some style guidelines, but Colorado and our friends sometimes favor function over form. Or have their own sense of style. Don’t feel like you must be a certain way. Dress nicely according to the event, location and weather. This will be a Jewish ceremony weekend, so if you have a favorite yarmulke / kippah, please bring it!
The start times are when we aim to begin by. Please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before.
Currently, No. Our out-of-town guests have foregone hotels, favoring Airbnbs. That said, please be in touch directly ASAP. The earlier we know about such needs, the more feasible it will be for us to assist or arrange carpools. The ceremony is someone's backyard, best accessed by personal car. And the reception is in town, which can be reached by either car or bus.
Please see the event details and Travel sections for dress code and suggested dress for Colorado. In general, August is usually sunny and quite warm for Colorado. We're located at a (much) higher elevation than most out-of-town guests. Plan for sun, pack light breathable layers, good walking shoes, and a relaxed attitude. Please check the weather before you fly and before you leave your accommodations.
Currently, we're planning for live bands. Please plan accordingly!
