Welcome Drinks

6:30 pm - 9:45 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Come grab a drink and say hello to the wedding party! Light hors d'oeuvres will be available from our favorite local Mediterranean restaurant. Swing through for as long or as little as you want! First bus leaves the hotel at 6:30 and will do a second pickup at 7:15. First departure bus will leave at 9:00 and also loop for a second pickup at 9:45.

Ceremony and Reception

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Semi-Formal Attire ("Dinosaur Chic" also welcome)

Ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour will occur on the terrace. Guests will then filter through the museum to the main reception area for a family-style dinner, followed by dancing! We will have 3 vans doing loops between the hotel and museum starting at 5:30pm, ceremony will begin at 6:15. Vans will start return loops at 9:30.

Coffee and Muffins

Very informal gathering the morning after wedding, for a chance for everyone to see each other again before heading out.
