Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Bavaria Downs.
Weather permitting, we plan to have an outdoor ceremony, and indoor/outdoor cocktail hour, and an indoor reception.
Dress code is black tie optional. Good options for women include cocktail dresses, long dresses, or pantsuits. Men can wear a tux, or can choose a nice suit.
Please refer to your invite-if you have a date it will be “your name and guest.” You will only be able to rsvp for the number of guests allotted for your party.
Our venue does have valet parking available, and you can leave your car overnight if you cannot drive home safely after the reception.
We will have options available for most dietary restrictions-if you have a severe allergy please reach out to the bride or grooms family, or bridal party. We will do our best to accommodate your dietary needs so you can enjoy the reception worry free.
We recommend that you arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to guarantee you have time for parking and finding a seat before the ceremony begins!
Due to our wide variety of guests coming from many places, we chose to not do a hotel block. Please refer to our Travel page to see some of our recommendations!
While your presence is the best present to us, we have registered at Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, and Williams Sonoma. Please refer to our Registry page for details!
The health of our friends, families, and guests is of the utmost importance to us. At this time, we have not made any changes to our wedding day plans, but as the date gets closer, we will stay in communication with you! We will be following all state guidelines and working with our venue to take as many precautions as possible.
