LHR
Fly into LHR. For those leaving the States, you have a couple options: 1. Schedule two separate flights: one to a main international hub and one to LHR. This will save you money but may cause a headache if one of the flights gets altered. 2. Schedule one flight. More expensive, but much easier. I recommend stopping in JFK if you can. It breaks up the trip nicely and gives you some walking time to stretch your legs.
