Andrea and Laura met in college through their sorority -Phi Sigma Sigma, and instantly bonded over their love for dancing, trying new things, and navigating life in college and beyond. Andrea admires Laura’s sense of humor, her determination, and the amazing mom she is to Leah—who has easily become a cherished flower girl and, jokingly, Andrea’s favorite! Andrea can’t wait to also stand by Laura’s side when it’s her turn to walk down the aisle.

Andrea and Emily’s friendship started while they were pursuing their master’s in medical sciences in Bradenton, FL. They quickly bonded over endless laughs and plenty of adventures, from exploring the west coast of Florida to cheering each other on as they worked toward becoming doctors. Even though they now live in different states, their friendship has only grown stronger. Andrea treasures all the memories they’ve made and the lasting connection they’ll always share.

Andrea and Meg met on the first day of orientation at Duke Neurology residency and instantly clicked. They’ve spent countless days exploring their new city with Alex and Meg’s husband Gabe, sharing laughs and supporting each other through all the ups and downs of residency. From conferences in Florida, Colorado, and Tennessee to everyday moments, Andrea always looks forward to seeing Meg because she knows she’ll leave with a smile on her face. Andrea can’t wait to continue this journey with Meg as they both pursue fellowships in neuroimmunology and create even more memories as colleagues and friends.
