Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are so many great lodging options available! Check out our faves below: Wedding Block Options: The PAD Hotel/Hostel - code: b237883 (Please note: unreserved rooms in block will be released June 9th) Short term rentals - such as AirBNB and VRBO - are often the most affordable option in town. Check out options in Silverthorne, Dillon, Summit Cove, and Keystone. If you book a short-term rental with Summit Resort Group, let them know that you are booking for the Hebert/Lloyd Wedding for a 30% discount: https://www.summitresortgroup.com/ WEDDING SHUTTLE STOPS: Hotel Indigo in Silverthorne The Pad in Silverthorne TBD in Dillon

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

The short answer is YES, there will a shuttle provided on our wedding day to and from the venue. There will be a shuttle with stops at Hotel Indigo in Silverthorne, The Pad in Silverthorne, and TBD in Dillon. Guests are also welcome to park for free at the venue, but if you plan to enjoy our complimentary beverage service, we kindly ask that you allow our professionals to escort you down the winding mountain road. Additionally, if you plan to join us for the full weekend, we strongly recommend bringing or renting a car. While we will provide transportation to and from Arapahoe Basin on Sunday, public transportation and rideshare access in our little mountain town is limited. Consider teaming up with some buddies on a rental for the best transportation options!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

In order to provide excellent experiences, we kindly ask that you RSVP by June 1.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is vibrant cocktail - show your colors, and dress how you feel best! Think elevated festival fun. Summer in the mountains can mean a huge range of weather! We recommend packing layers and raincoats, as well as any gear for your mountain adventures.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome at all events! Please include ages with your RSVP so we can communicate with our vendors.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:00 and our venue has requested that guests load the chairlift no later than 4:45pm. Shuttles will drop guests around 4:30, but you are welcome to arrive early and enjoy snacks or a drink at 6th Alley Grille in the Arapahoe Basin base area.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We have included dietary options on our Wedding RSVP, but please feel free to email us at robinandallison@gmail.com if you have any dietary requests or allergies that you want to be sure to share!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We have a plethora of scheduled events that are open to our guests, but by no means required. We live in a beautiful place surrounded by a bounty of activities, and we hope you and your crew will make a fun-filled weekend made up the kind of activities YOU enjoy. Check out our Activities tab for recommendations.

Question

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Yes!...Sort of. There are a lot of unknowns in our future, and as we plan the next year of our lives we are not sure exactly what it will look like. Instead of accumulating more stuff, we would like to invite you to contribute to any of the funds on our HoneyFund page. Please see the registry page for the link.
