Welcome Cocktail Hour

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

This is a totally optional, drop-in event for anyone planning a full weekend in the mountains. Dress is casual - come as you are. First drink on us! Appetizers provided.

Garden Party

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Outdoor event, dress in layers.

Casual dinner and drinks available throughout the evening. Yard games and outdoor activities in a beautiful riverfront setting.

Ceremony + Reception

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

The dress code is vibrant cocktail - show your colors, and dress how you feel best! Think elevated festival fun.

We have the privilege of getting married at the stunning Black Mountain Lodge midway up the mountain at Arapahoe Basin. Guests will enjoy a complimentary chairlift ride to and from the venue. Cocktail hour appetizers and buffet dinner provided. Beer, wine & soft drinks included. Please wear layers and shoes appropriate for high-altitude. Temperatures can dip into the 40s post sundown, and an extra layer for the chairlift ride down is recommended. A shuttle will be provided, with stops in Silverthorne and Dillon. Highly recommended if you plan to imbibe!

Farewell Brunch

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

We don't want the weekend to end! This is another casual, drop-in event. Come check out the Lloyd Family residence (in progress). Stop by, say "bye," and grab a bite to eat! Parking is limited; carpooling encouraged.
