Where is the wedding located on Saturday 7/29?

Answer

The wedding, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, is located at The Red Barn at Outlook Farm in South Berwick Maine. Please see the Schedule section of our website for more details!

Can I park at the venue on Saturday?

Answer

Yes! Anyone can park at the venue. You can also leave your car at the venue overnight, as long as you pick it up the next day before 11 AM.

Will there be transportation provided to Red Barn on Saturday?

Answer

Yes! We will have 3 school buses leaving from the Hampton Inn in Dover to take guests to and from the wedding. It is a 15 minute drive one way. Even if you are not staying at the Hampton Inn you are more than welcome to use the buses. Reminder the Hampton Inn is right next to the Comfort Inn, so guests staying at the Comfort Inn should be able to access the buses as well! The schedule is below as follows: Arrival for Ceremony: -Buses will arrive at the Hampton Inn at Dover at 4 PM. The buses will then depart at 4:10 PM to the Red Barn Departure From Red Barn back to hotels: - We will have a first bus bring guests back to the Hampton Inn at 9:45 PM for anyone who wishes to leave the reception early - The remaining buses will bring guests back to the Hampton Inn once the reception ends at 11 PM

What are the dress codes for each event?

Answer

Friday: Smart casual, e.g jeans and a nice shirt / top, summer dress Saturday: Cocktail attire. Sunday: Come as you are!

What is the drink situation for the reception?

Answer

The reception is open bar until 10:30 PM. The last half hour of the reception will be a cash bar!

Wait a second. The wedding venue is in ME, but the hotel blocks are in NH?

Answer

You are correct! The wedding venue is right along the state border of Maine and NH so consider this a #destinationwedding. Never fear - the hotels in Dover are only 15 minutes from the venue and Portsmouth is only 20-25 minutes!
