Maid of Honor
We met while we were both servers at Shakers, a restaurant in Lynchburg VA. We become immediate friends and to this day we can not go a day without talking!
Matron of Honor
Where to begin, we met way back in elementary school at a sleepover, we shared a sleeping bag, and ever since then we have been friends. I think most of my childhood memories are with Bryce as we did everything together.
Bridesmaid
One of the best sisters a girl could ask for! She is not only my sister, but also one of my closest friends, the person I can call and talk to about anything! She has three wonderful children that I absolutely adore, Liam, Amelia, and Victoria.
Bridesmaid
We met in high school in 10th grade, she was new to the area and lived right down the road from me. I might as well have been a part of her family as I was at her house almost every day. We have shared so many important memories together and will continue to make more as she gets married in June!
Bridesmaid
We met at a bar in Lynchburg VA and bonded over Star Wars. We quickly realized that we had the same taste in music, movies and a love of singing terrible karaoke on Wednesday nights.
Bridesmaid
My beautiful cousin. I was 12 when grace was born and it has been a wonderful experience watching her grow. As she got older we have found that we have similar taste in a lot of TV shows, music and movies. She is also a very talented digital artist and hopes to peruse a carrier in that field.
Bridesmaid
Abbey graduated Swarthmore College in 2016 with Shane and has rubbed her degree in our faces by reading about 800 more books than the entire bridal party combined since then. She was the first member of the Swarthmore crew to give Becca the crucially important nod of approval and threatened to disown Shane from the group promptly if he didn't "put a ring on it." The most consistent communicator of the party, Abbey has played a crucial role in ensuring the Best Man stays on task and fulfills his duties until the end of April and loves that she's part of the big day.
Best Man
A New Yorker at heart, a New Jerseyite by origin, and a Clevelander by some twisted turn of fate, Brandon is one of our closest friends having graduated with Shane from Swarthmore College in 2016. He was never quite the best athlete of the group, his cooking and grilling abilities have always been "edible" at best, and his wood-working projects have only resulted in a few splinters here and there. Yet his endearing nature and persistence won him the honor of Best Man and he is looking forward to speaking publicly in front of all of you on April 30th.
Groomsman
What Sean lacks in jumping abilities he more than makes up for with painfully awkward jokes. The jokester of the group whose past quips are also most likely to result in the scuttling of his future political career, Sean graduated with Brandon and Shane from Swarthmore College in 2016. Having had his own wedding in October of 2020, he is thrilled for the trio to complete its journey to full married life as he can now finally enjoy a wedding where he doesn't have to speak in front of 200+ guests or step up to the altar himself.
Groomsman
Having been scarred upon his recruiting visit to Swarthmore staying with Shane, Sean, and Brandon and being subjected to hours of "classic" movies, Sam somehow still chose to attend Swarthmore and spend all of his time with the guys anyways. The young guy of the group, Sam looks up to Sean, looks down on Brandon, and looks directly into Shane's eyes as he disputes, instigates, and argues every single thing that Shane says. He promises to be cordial on April 30th and is thrilled to be invited to the party.
Groomsman
The proverbial father, son, and sprit of the group, Chris has always been the life of the party. Chris was the best (statistically speaking) basketball player in the wedding party and has only continued to make the rest of the group feel athletically inadequate by biking almost 90 miles a day. That's in his free time when he's not attempting to cure cancer and get his doctorate, but he's also joining the "married" column in October and looks forward to taking notes at the Allen-Loeffler wedding.
Groomsman
Having barely made it out of childhood after stealing one piece of bacon from his cousin, Robbie, at age 10, Shane was thrilled to find out that Robbie had forgiven him enough to join the groom's party at age 28. Robbie and Shane's bond grew over their youth making fun of Morgan, laughing at Morgan, and eventually laughing with Morgan. While Robbie is constantly busy with entrepreneurial efforts and Shane is on a basketball court for half the year, they have always been and will always be closer than cousins and Rob is excited to share in the celebrations on April 30th.

Morgan celebrated her inclusion into the groom's party as another important win for women's rights and the advancement of feminism worldwide. She also saw it as a chance to oversee her youngest brother's step into the next chapter of his life and not wanting to miss out on an opportunity to flex her older-sister muscles, she gladly accepted. Inseparable since youth, especially the one time Shane accidentally put gum into her hair, Morgan is excited that Shane will be the final Loeffler child to get married and even happier that Becca will officially join the family.

Folded into the squad as a member of the women's basketball team at Swarthmore, Maggie "Barb" O'Neil was the glue the group never knew we needed. She fondly remembers her one year of being a roommate of Shane & Becca as "a year" and is really thrilled that the wedding just happens to nearly coincide with her graduation from law school. She promises not to raise any objections during the ceremony, but has not made any such commitments as to whether or not she would don her peruke on April 30th.
