Varese is easily reached by train (direct from Malpensa airport) and car. If you want to explore the region more, we would recommend renting a car, although in general there is good rail infrastructure. The venue is essentially in the town of Varese. Varese is NOT a good place for taxis - and although I have tried, it seems impossible to book a service for the guests. So, I do recommend staying somewhere that is walking distance. If you need to book a taxi, please do it in advance - your accommodation should be able to help. You can park at the venue, but only for the duration of the event. So, if you want to drive there and leave your car overnight we'd recommend parking somewhere else nearby. There are plenty of hotels and stays nearby beyond those listed here, but those listed here do get a small discount through the venue. October is not high season but we do recommend booking as soon as possible.

Flight

Milan Malpensa Airport

Milan Malpensa is Milan's most international airport, and also happens to be the closest to Varese. The other Milan airports will also be fine but are less well linked by public transport, so you may have to hire a car or use a taxi service.

Train

S50 from Milan Malpensa to Varese

The hourly S50 train takes you directly from Milan Malpensa to Varese and back.
