Seattle-Tacoma Airport (SEATAC)

Seattle-Tacoma will have the most flight options. The drive time from SeaTac is 130 miles and usually takes 2.5 hours. Pangborn Memorial Airport in East Wenatchee (Airport code EAT) is located 30 miles from Leavenworth.

We're so excited for you to experience the joy and beauty of the Leavenworth area! We would recommend that you stay in the mountain town of Leavenworth or Plain, both a 10-minute drive from the venue. You can find cute, Bavarian themed AirBnBs and hotels in the town center and there are lots of options. Just outside town center, there are plenty of AirBnBs along the river. Leavenworth is a tourist town so it can book out fast, so we'd recommend booking early!

Rental Car

Leavenworth is a 2.5 hour drive from Seattle. Renting a car for the weekend is the best bet and will give you the most flexibility to explore the area and enjoy everything Leavenworth has to offer. We are figuring out options for folks who do not want to rent a car as well (shuttles, rides with local friends, etc). If you're interested in the shuttle or carpooling, we have a running spreadsheet with people to volunteer to drive or coordinate rental car shares!
