Welcome Event: Games, Dinner and Bonfire

Seattle's Finest aka Outdoor Athletic Attire: Come dressed for an nice outdoor picnic and lawn games
Join us for our Welcome Party! We'll have lawn games (think corn hole and pickleball!) in the afternoon, followed by a casual buffet dinner, drinks and bonfire with s'mores.

Saturday Day Activities
9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Explore Leavenworth and the surrounding mountains, grab lunch in town, meet back at Tierra at 3:30 before the ceremony at the amphitheater (10 min walk from main lodge). Please see "Things To Do" section for recommended Leavenworth area activities. We love you and we know you'd love to help BUT we've got the day under control so we're asking guests to leave Tierra to let us get set up for the party on Saturday! Go to the lake! Go hike! Go grab a pretzel in town!
Our Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:45 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
The reason we're all here! Please note there is a five minute walk through the forest to the amphitheater, we'd recommend wearing or bringing shoes that you can easily navigate a short hiking trail. The ceremony will be held outside so make sure to be prepared for late spring weather!
Dinner and Dancing
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Dinner will be on the lawn and dancing will be on the deck, so choose your shoes with that in mind
