Wedding Ceremony Shuttle

September 23, 2022 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Shuttle services will be provided from the Holiday Inn at Pantops and the Omni Charlottesville (downtown) to the ceremony. There will be a shuttle at each location. Shuttles will depart at 4:15pm. Following the reception, shuttles will return to the hotel at 9:30pm and 11:00pm. The Holiday Inn at Pantops has free parking. The Omni Charlottesville has a pay-to-park parking garage. We highly encourage all to take the shuttle as rideshares will not operate after dark. Again, Ubers will NOT come out to Castle Hill after dark!

Flight

Richmond International (RIC), Washington DC (DCA, IAD), Charlottesville-Albemarle (CHO)

Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport is closest to the action, but you might have a hard time finding a flight depending on your departing location. Our next recommendation would be RIC (89 miles; 1.5 hours) from Charlottesville. Finally, the two DC airports are options as well (~100 miles; 2 hours and 20 minutes).
