Shuttle Information
4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Shuttle services will be provided from the Holiday Inn at Pantops and the Omni Charlottesville (downtown) to the ceremony. There will be one shuttle at each location. Shuttles will depart at 4:15pm. Following the reception, shuttles will return to the hotels at 9:30pm and 11:00pm. The Holiday Inn at Pantops has free parking. The Omni Charlottesville has a pay-to-park parking garage. We highly encourage all to take the shuttle as rideshares will not operate after dark. Again, Ubers will NOT come out to Castle Hill after dark! Once we get back into the downtown areas, ubers are expected to be available!
Ceremony

We want you to look and feel beautiful! Show off your best and most comfortable cocktail attire.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside. Average September temperatures range from 76 degrees to 58 degrees. There will be some grass to navigate, so think twice about your stilettos, ladies! We will move inside for the reception.

Saturday Fun!

We don't want the fun to end! On Saturday, we will be embarking on a winery/brewery tour starting at 12pm. We'd love for you to come to all three stops or come to one that fits with your schedule to get a final hug and say goodbye. Here is where we will be: 1. 12:30 - 1:30pm - Hazy Mountain Winery & Brewery 2. 1:50 - 3:15pm - Devil's Backbone 3. 3:20 - 5:05pm - Bold Rock Cider
