Shuttle From the Fairfield Hotel to the Wedding Ceremony

Shuttle to and from the wedding ceremony has been arranged by the hotel. Be sure to register everyone in the room so that an appropriate number of spots will be reserved on the shuttle. For the wedding guests staying at the hotel, there will be a single group of shuttles leaving from the hotel at 8:45 AM sharp. The venue is about a 15 minute drive from the hotel, and Ubers / Lyfts are readily available.

Shuttle from the Fairfield Hotel to the Reception

May 28, 2023 6:30 pm - 12:30 am

For the evening wedding reception, 2 shuttles will be running back and forth between the hotel and the venue starting at 6:30 PM and ending at 12:30 AM. The shuttles will run continuously throughout the night.

Newark Liberty International Airport

NYC has a few airports but Newark Liberty International Airport is the closest airport and is about a 30 minute drive from the hotel / venue.

Parking

Complimentary parking is offered at the Hampton Inn & Suites Fairfield hotel for any guests who are staying there as well as at all of the venues (Aashirwad palace for the Sangeet and Legacy Castle for the wedding ceremony / reception). Complimentary valet parking will be available at the Legacy Castle for both the wedding and reception.
