How do I RSVP?

Answer

Click on the "RSVP" tab and enter your first and / or last name. You will be able to RSVP for you and your family members.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Hampton Inn & Suites is now COMPLETELY booked and no longer has any rooms available. We have reserved a second block of rooms at the Westin Governor Morris. Please book early at the Westin Governor Morris to get the discounted rate! If the group rate is no longer available, please let us know and we can give you the most updated information!

I've never been to an Indian wedding. What should I wear?

Answer

There are several different types of Indian outfits, and there no specific requirements for what types of outfits should be worn to which events. In addition, guests are certainly not expected to wear Indian attire. For the Sangeet and Wedding Ceremony we encourage guests to wear outfits that are bright and colorful. The dress code for the Reception will be formal evening attire. Just pick something you love and can dance in! For more information and suggestions, click on the "Schedule" tab on the website for suggested attire for each event.

Is breakfast provided?

Answer

For guests staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Fairfield, complimentary hot breakfast will be served in the hotel daily from 7 AM - 10 AM.

What airport is closest to the hotel / venue?

Answer

While there are a few airports around the NYC area, Newark Liberty International Airport is the closest to the hotel / venue and is about a 30 minute drive from those locations.

Is Parking available at the Sangeet / Wedding / Reception venue?

Answer

Yes! There are large parking lots at both the Sangeet and Wedding venues that are complimentary for all wedding guests. Complimentary valet parking will also be available at the Wedding Ceremony and Reception venue (Legacy Castle).

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to events?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttle service from the Hampton Inn & Suites Fairfield to the Legacy Castle for the wedding ceremony and reception, however there will NOT be pre-arranged transportation for the Sangeet. Please see the "Travel" section of the website for more information.
