Addison's dad, Larry Goudy, passed away in February 2018. Larry enjoyed fishing--especially with his kids and grandkids. Addison and her siblings purchased a bench at a local park near the fishing pond in Larry's honor. It has served as a place to visit and feel close to Larry (and to of course, fish!) Salvador had Addison get ready, telling her he had a surprise and to just go with his sister. So she did. When she got out of the car on New Year's Day 2021, it took her a second to realize where she was, it was just past sunset so it was a little dark. Sal's sister led her to Larry's bench. Addison walked to the bench where Salvador was waiting in a suit with tea lights, flowers and decorations all around Larry's bench. Since he couldn't ask Larry's permission for Addison's hand, he brought Addison to what she and her siblings have left of Larry. With such a thoughtful and beautiful sentiment, of course Addison said yes! To us! 🥂 ILYSB! #HUETEHASTALAMUERTE

El padre de Addison, Larry Goudy, falleció en Febrero de 2018. Larry disfrutaba pescar, especialmente con sus hijos y nietos. Addison y sus hermanos establecieron una banca en un parque local cerca a un estanque en honor a Larry. Ha servido como un lugar para visitar y sentirse cerca de Larry (¡y, por supuesto, para pescar!) Salvador hizo que Addison se alistará para que Maria (hermana de Salvador) la llevará a un lugar asignado de sorpresa. Cuando se salió del coche el día de Año Nuevo 2021, tardó un segundo en darse cuenta de dónde la habían llevado, ya había pasado el atardecer, así que estaba un poco oscuro. La hermana de Salvador la avía llevado al la banca de Larry. Addison caminó hasta el banco donde Salvador estaba esperando con un traje, luces, flores y decoraciones alrededor del banco de Larry. Como no podía pedir permiso a Larry por la mano de Addison, llevó a Addison a lo que ella y sus hermanos han dejado de su padre Larry.
