Please arrive by 4:00 pm to be shuttled to the ceremony site.

Yes! Please let us know ahead of time if you need a food accommodation so we can let the caterer know.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot for the lower venue next to the reception site. There will be a shuttle to transport you to the ceremony site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The Hilton Denver Inverness is the only hotel that provides a shuttle to and from the venue.
